Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of your clients.

• Provide timely, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to identify and address client needs effectively.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support plans to ensure the well-being of each client.

• Serve as an active participant in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organization's standards of excellence.

• Collaborate with various service systems and community partners to enhance client access to necessary resources and support.
\n
• Maintain open communication with applicable stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote organizational initiatives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote services and explore new partnership opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, training, and representing the agency in relevant community forums.

• Uphold and promote the mission and values of Woman's Counseling Center in all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges, including those struggling with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and mental health issues related to acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n
