Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized therapy plans aimed at achieving optimal mental health and personal development.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Employ multiple therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and support staff, to provide comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are seeking assistance with a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
