Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to accurately identify presenting issues and create tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health concerns.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and directing them towards appropriate care pathways.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, including detailed treatment plans, progress documentation, and clinical notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists and social workers—to deliver holistic care tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available support resources within the community.

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse population spanning various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
