Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in Oregon, including one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision; no provisional licenses will be considered.
