Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to conduct both group and individual counseling sessions tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinic protocols.

• Perform regular wellness checks to monitor patients' mental health status, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal care.

• Participate in case management by assessing clients' needs and connecting them with local resources, including access to community services that can enhance their quality of life.

• Ensure compliance with all licensing standards and facility guidelines, providing support for other clinical team members during their absence.

• Coordinate communication with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to ensure prompt authorization and payment for provided services.

Qualifications\n
