This role will be conducted within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while still fostering a close-knit team atmosphere. You will be expected to connect regularly with colleagues and participate in team meetings via digital platforms. Our outpatient facility prioritizes a supportive environment where staff can thrive, contribute ideas, and share best practices to enhance patient care outcomes. The scheduled work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their individual needs, strengths, and recovery goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques.

• Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions to foster a sense of community and support among individuals in recovery.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing substance-related emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective responses to urgent situations.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Actively engage in professional development opportunities, including team meetings, case consultations, and participation in continuing education.
