Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with students, acting as their advocate and support system.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents facing various mental and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
