Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and experiences of each patient.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to cultivate a sense of belonging and community among participants with shared mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic care plan for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to guide patients during urgent mental health situations, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and the resources available to them within the community.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of patient interactions and create comprehensive reports in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training workshops.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices and integrate new knowledge into therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work closely with a diverse clientele, providing mental health support to individuals, couples, and families from various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds. This role requires a nuanced understanding of differing client needs and the ability to adapt interventions accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proven experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and construct effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, adeptness in communication, and the capacity to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Commitment to ethical practice, maintaining professional boundaries, and demonstrating sound judgment.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, ideally with knowledge of telehealth service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
