Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you will work closely with students who primarily access the general education curriculum but require targeted interventions, accommodations, and ongoing support related to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Using both push-in and pull-out models, you’ll provide focused, small group or one-on-one support, with an emphasis on grade-level content access, academic skill strengthening, and executive functioning skill development. Success in this position centers on working alongside general education teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure each child's unique learning goals are met.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials (or eligibility for state certification)
• Previous experience providing resource room or similar support in elementary settings preferred
• Strong grasp of implementing and tracking IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction and intervention for diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions aligned with IEP goals
• Implement resource programming through both push-in and pull-out support
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure grade-level curriculum access
• Monitor student progress, documenting and adjusting instruction as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student needs and progress
