Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify patients’ needs and create tailored treatment plans that address individual concerns and goals.

• Offer individual therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients and foster their mental health journeys.

• Facilitate family, marital, or group therapy sessions when appropriate, cultivating a collaborative approach toward healing and communication.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments to establish treatment needs and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in mental health therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Document sessions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and collaboratively address challenges facing team members and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage individuals across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and first responders. You will have the opportunity to support clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders and substance use issues. Your role will contribute positively to the emotional and psychological well-being of these individuals, guiding them through periods of crisis and facilitating ongoing personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree specializing in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field, holding either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licensure.

• A valid license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly supporting clients with a range of behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
