Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy that cater to the specific mental health needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and provide robust support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their emotional safety in a telehealth setting.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of clients' progress and treatment plans.

• Participate in collaborative care meetings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that comprehensive support and resources are available for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of the latest research and trends in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Oregon, or evidence of eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.

• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, embracing diversity, and providing inclusive care.

• Adept at using digital tools and teletherapy platforms to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
