Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and comfort as you conduct your counseling sessions from your home office or any suitable location. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, providing you with the tools necessary to maintain an effective therapeutic relationship with clients. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the opportunity to manage your schedule to best fit your and your clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate virtual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing education to other healthcare professionals about clients’ psychosocial stressors and treatment goals.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive care delivery and positive outcomes for our clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, applying your knowledge of substance abuse, trauma, and mental health conditions within a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to a varied clientele, showcasing your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in remote counseling practices is preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies. A history of working in community-based settings and knowledge of local resources will be an asset as you assist clients in linking to additional support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
