Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Manage an active caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly, ensuring timely and thorough documentation, including assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes, in adherence to company policies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a diverse and innovative team to further the clinic's mission of offering impactful mental health services to the community.
\n
• Leverage creativity in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their personal goals.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
\n
• Coordinate comprehensive care by liaising with case managers, educational staff, medical professionals, and family members as required.
\n
• Ensure all documentation related to client sessions adheres to company guidelines and is submitted in a timely manner.
\n
• Model professional boundaries and provide a safe, supportive environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Emphasis will be placed on providing culturally competent care that respects the diversity of our community, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and bilingual populations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid LMFT clinical license in the state of Florida.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients while fostering a therapeutic relationship.
\n
• Familiarity and comfort in working with a diverse client base, showcasing cultural competence.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
\n
• A willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred, especially working with children and families.

• Experience in providing Telehealth services is advantageous, given the remote nature of the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 105,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
