Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are both actionable and meaningful.

• Document ongoing progress meticulously, including session notes, treatment reviews, and any necessary adjustments to care plans, in accordance with company policies.

• Deliver exemplary customer service to clients, ensuring that all interactions are positive, professional, and responsive to individual needs.

• Utilize innovative techniques and creativity in therapeutic interventions, helping clients to exceed their personal goals and improve overall well-being.

• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, which may include case managers, family members, healthcare professionals, and educational personnel, to provide holistic care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, engaging in professional development and staying updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is essential.

• Proven capability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
