Work Environment

As a Senior Physical Therapist at The Health Connection, you will primarily work onsite in clients' homes, allowing you to create a therapeutic environment that is both comfortable and familiar for each patient. This role offers an energetic and supportive work setting, emphasizing collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, typically structured from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in your patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that they address each patient's specific goals and challenges.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to relieve pain, enhance mobility, and restore functional capabilities.
• Provide educational support to patients regarding optimal body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Track and evaluate patients' progress throughout the rehabilitation process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain integrated patient care and address complex rehabilitation needs effectively.
• Document treatment interventions and patient outcomes meticulously to track progress and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Proficient in modern physical therapy practices, including advanced modalities and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
