Immediate Need - Executive Assistant, Onsite in New York, NY 10004

Job Title : Executive Assistant

Location : New York, NY 10004

Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration : 7+ Weeks with strong possibilities of extension

Schedule Notes:

• This role will be supporting the Division Head of the department.
• We are looking a detailed oriented person, to manage heavy calendar appointments and coordination of meetings.
• This person needs to be detailed oriented and needs to have 3-5 years’ experience supporting a c-suite role.
• We are looking for a mature person who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
• They need to have the ability to work independently and have a sense of sound judgement.
• Preferred Master’s degree and background in healthcare supporting large scale hospitals Although this role requires a bachelor degree, a master degree is preferred.

Duties:

• Ability to accurately create, edit, save and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Access. Works for Senior Level.
