Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their mobility, strength, and flexibility, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evaluations and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and exercises to enhance self-care and mobility.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and practice standards while participating in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation and injury recovery. You will work closely with individuals representing a wide range of ages and conditions, ensuring that rehabilitation programs meet their distinct recovery goals. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Prior work experience is not required; however, candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, including internships or externships, will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

St. Vincent PT Service offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
