Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans to steer their progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic treatment process that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of client care.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, applying your skills in de-escalation and empathy during emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, fostering a better understanding of mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients of all ages, providing therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals across different cultural and socioeconomic spectrums.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, ideally in a remote setting.

• Background in community mental health practice or clinical settings, especially with underserved populations.
