Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, effectively addressing medication management needs and emotional support.

• Executing comprehensive intake evaluations to identify client needs and developing tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices—to foster client engagement and facilitate meaningful change.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams by attending regular meetings to discuss client care, share strategies, and enhance service delivery.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with state and federal regulations, contributing to ongoing improvements in service quality.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in distress, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and referrals.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
