Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing our advanced telehealth platform for video sessions with clients. Our organization provides comprehensive operational and technical support, ensuring you can focus your energy on providing exceptional care without the distractions of administrative tasks such as billing and documentation. Furthermore, there are no on-call responsibilities, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy through video sessions, helping clients overcome personal challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement and adapt treatment plans based on data gathered from symptom self-assessments and ongoing functional improvement metrics.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions for clinical support, enhancing your skills and addressing challenging cases with teamwork.

• Maintain accurate documentation in our easy-to-use electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates treatment software and crisis protocols for efficient patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health disorders. We emphasize treating all populations and champion culturally responsive care, welcoming clients in various stages of emotional distress. Your role will be crucial in guiding these individuals through actionable strategies for improvement using a blend of self-directed and therapist-led interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
