Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases in their homes.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs using techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, making any necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques that promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Document all treatments and progress accurately using digital health records to meet compliance and billing standards.
• Fit and recommend assistive devices as necessary to support patients' mobility and self-care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
