Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and navigate utilization management processes to facilitate access to necessary treatments.

• Take an active role in discharge planning and aftercare strategies, ensuring clients successfully transition out of our detox program.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support by modeling a healthy relationship with food to help clients develop positive eating habits.
\n
• Deliver empathetic, affirming care that recognizes and respects the unique identities of each client, fostering an inclusive environment conducive to healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Our facility focuses on a safe and nurturing environment to support clients in managing their mental health challenges, drawing upon their unique strengths to facilitate personal growth and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Applicants must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
