Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our online platform, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a comprehensive assessment of client needs and goals.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to facilitate their mental health journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to enhance care quality and outcomes for clients.

• Adhere to best practices and uphold ethical standards in the provision of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a mental health therapist in Arizona. Acceptable credentials include:

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
