Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to address specific mental health challenges.

• Complete necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring they are submitted within designated timeframes.

• Develop detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote stability and effective coping mechanisms for clients.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that prepare patients for ongoing care and support.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws as well as organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to maintain relevant licensure and competencies.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and collaborate on best practices.

• Complete any required licensing and mandatory training, staying abreast of developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that facilitates licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
