Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth LPCC at Heart Harmony, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns through virtual consultations.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Utilizing resources such as video calls, digital journals, and goal-tracking tools to enhance client engagement and progress.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Staying informed about the latest advances in telehealth practices and mental health support techniques.

• Participating in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief, and adjustment challenges. Your expertise will enable you to connect with clients whose needs align with your therapeutic strengths, fostering a supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and independent LPCC license in good standing within California.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients through a virtual medium.

• Access to a stable internet connection and a functioning phone for client communications.

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer equipped for telehealth delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working in a telehealth environment. Familiarity with advanced digital tools and therapeutic resources is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
