Role: Physical Therapist responsible for examining and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, function, and independence in daily activities. Key Responsibilities Administer skilled care based on physician’s orders and established care plans. Utilize physical modalities and specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Joint Replacement programs. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on treatment plans and techniques. Provide care in patients' homes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Valid state license in physical therapy. Reliable transportation, automobile liability insurance, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions. Dependable, well-maintained vehicle.
