Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with various functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing targeted treatment plans based on patient evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Collecting relevant patient history and performing specific assessments to inform treatment recommendations.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress through detailed progress notes and discharge evaluations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards while painting a clear picture of each patient's recovery journey.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to adapt treatment plans when patient conditions change, and engaging in interdisciplinary discussions to foster holistic care.
• Ensuring adherence to all corporate training requirements and maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Participating in facility meetings to understand operational goals and contribute to a team-focused approach in removing barriers to patient access and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team predominantly serves an outpatient orthopedic population, which includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist with Strongpoint Rehabilitation, LLC, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients as you assist them in regaining their strength, mobility, and independence. You will make a direct impact on their health journey, from initial evaluation through discharge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessing and treating diverse patient needs.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness to respond to any emergency situations in the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits
