Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are working towards their clinical licensure, helping them refine their skills in a real-world setting.

• Deliver a variety of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans, leveraging community resources as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards set by regulatory bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population presenting a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
