Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Coordinate care by consulting with a network of community resources, ensuring clients have access to necessary support systems, including schools, community centers, and rehabilitation programs.
\n
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.
\n
• Engage actively with clients' families, equipping them with resources and strategies to foster better lines of communication and support within their home environment.
\n
• Participate in enhancement programs addressing alcohol and sexual abuse, as well as delivering educational workshops to improve community mental health literacy.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
