Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans that cater to the needs of each client, ensuring that you document all progress according to our clinic's policies.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide treatment. You will engage with clients through various modalities including telehealth and in-person sessions when applicable.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, collaborating with your colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of our community outreach efforts and overall mission.
\n
• Use innovative strategies and interventions to inspire clients to set and achieve their therapeutic goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and positivity.

• Maintain detailed documentation for each session, including assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes, adhering to our organization’s standards and best practices.

• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and various stakeholders, including health professionals and school staff, to ensure holistic support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with complex mental health challenges. You will utilize your skills to provide culturally competent care and support, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances and backgrounds are acknowledged and addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, with the ability to articulate your approach to therapy effectively.

• Demonstrated skill in performing comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and writing clinical case notes following legal and ethical standards.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear interactions with clients and team members.

• Experience with a range of therapeutic tools and methodologies, allowing you to tailor interventions based on client needs and preferences.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy while building strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
