Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining effective working relationships, all while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and plan for safe discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, to track client improvement and facilitate care coordination.

• Perform intake assessments to identify and address client needs during initial consultations.

Qualifications\n

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model allows you to earn your compensation quickly, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
