Work Environment

This role operates in a unique onsite setting, focusing on concierge medicine and house calls, which allows our Nurse Practitioners to deliver care directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, gathering detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to address specific patient needs.
• Manage and monitor chronic cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias, adapting interventions based on patient progress.
• Educate patients about lifestyle modifications, medication management strategies, and preventive measures to enhance heart health.
• Perform and interpret various diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms, ensuring accurate assessments and follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with established protocols, discussing potential side effects and monitoring adherence to treatment regimens.
• Engage in regular follow-up care, conducting routine check-ups and tracking treatment effectiveness to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
