Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their mental health objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintain a manageable caseload with 28 client visits per week to ensure adequate attention to each client's needs while preventing burnout.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and high-quality care.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies to foster resilience and long-term mental wellness.
\n
• Stay engaged with the latest developments in mental health care by participating in professional development opportunities and continuing education.

• Document all client interactions accurately, promptly maintaining compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Sound Choice Mental Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000.
