Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat with an emphasis on improving clients' mental health and emotional well-being.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in defining personal goals and assisting them in achieving these targets.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will primarily work with carefully screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. You will not encounter severely distressed individuals, allowing for a more focused and manageable caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license in the state of Washington to practice as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, and must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience. In addition to a base salary, the organization provides:
