Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing our LCSW the flexibility to provide services from home while being a part of a closely-knit team. In collaboration with school staff, educators, and parents, you will engage with students to support their mental health needs in an effective and impactful manner. The remote setting promotes flexibility in communication and service delivery, utilizing contemporary technologies and platforms for therapy and consultation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify their emotional and behavioral needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individualized counseling, disease management, and educational support aimed at enhancing students’ mental health and life skills.

• Develop tailored care plans in partnership with students, parents, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on behavioral modifications and coping strategies.

• Implement goal-setting strategies to aid students in managing their emotional challenges and enhancing their academic performance.
\n
• Provide regular outreach and follow-up communication with students to maintain engagement and motivate positive behavior changes.
\n
• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress notes, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

This position primarily serves a diverse student population within educational settings in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. By addressing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges, you will help students navigate their academic and personal lives successfully. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Currently active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least three years of practical experience in mental health and/or outpatient settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a performance bonus structure.
