In this full-time, remote role, you will engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while actively contributing to their mental wellness journey. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

As a fully remote organization, we foster a collaborative and supportive virtual work culture. We offer flexible scheduling, primarily from Monday to Friday, with core working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for adaptability based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to individual, couples, and family dynamics, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower participants and foster a sense of community among individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care is consistently provided.

• Respond to mental health crises by implementing effective intervention strategies, offering immediate support, and connecting clients to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and ability to make informed choices.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Connecticut.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and creating actionable treatment plans.

• Proven ability to provide both individual and group therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
