Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling capacity is preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapeutic models.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to care.
