Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of client mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Create client-specific treatment plans by considering cultural, emotional, and psychological factors impacting each individual.

• Provide counseling services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document detailed client records and progress notes regularly to ensure accurate tracking of treatment progress and adherence to legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative communication with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate coordinated and holistic care for our clients.

• Stay current with ethical and professional standards by participating in ongoing education, training sessions, and supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, you can expect:
