Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving our clients in their homes and the community. While our standard schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet specific client needs, reflecting our commitment to providing personalized care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with serious mental health issues or significant emotional challenges, focusing on individual therapy, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support.

• Maintain a keen understanding of the operational protocols and financial frameworks of both Polaris Behavioral Health Center and affiliated organizations while effectively navigating external systems.

• Participate in team meetings focused on skill enhancement, performance goals, and innovative approaches to client care to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically supports hospice clients—individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families—providing crucial emotional and psychological support during their most vulnerable times. As an LCSW, you will work to address complex grief and bereavement cases, assisting clients in navigating their emotions and promoting coping strategies.
