You will be a support to the team by performing administrative and operational tasks integral to the staff day-to-day work. Role Description Greeting visitors, serving as a point of contact, providing excellent customer service Answering client calls in courteous and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate party Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and up to date files Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Keeping commons area clean and organized Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing Assisting with various projects and tasks providing administrative support to management and other staff Assisting with events, office meetings, and employee activities Essential Qualifications Must have at least 2 - 4 years of experience in office support Professional appearance and demeanor; friendly and outgoing – after all, you’re the first person our visitors and people will see! Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Strong personal character, integrity, judgment and maturity in handling sensitive & confidential matters Flexibility, adaptability and eagerness to learn new things with an emphasis on purchasing tasks and office tasks Enthusiasm and an ability to empathize with needs and concerns of internal and external clients ‘Can Do’ attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute whenever needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
