Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health issues thoroughly, leading to the development of customized treatment plans that suit individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting strategies to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently evaluate their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring clients who prefer virtual platforms or those with accessibility issues receive consistent support regardless of their location.

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously refine your clinical skills and knowledge of the latest mental health practices and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license is required, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
