Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• The AP Specialist will manage vendor accounts, payments, and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly closing activities and general accounting duties
• The AP Specialist will maintain accurate AP records and support the accounting team as needed
• The AP Specialist will assist with job-related accounting and construction project costs

Preferred Qualifications- Accounts Payable Specialist

• Previous construction industry experience required
• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Experience with Sage 300 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability and interest to grow into a broader Staff Accountant role
