Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients’ mental, behavioral, and emotional health needs through digital consultations.

• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment and safety plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing best practices and evidence-based therapies to promote client growth and progress.

• Monitor each client’s therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on progress and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure integrated client care.

• Manage the referral process effectively, ensuring clients have access to additional services if needed.

• Provide family support to assist caregivers in managing challenges and enhancing the overall therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within our practice, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Successful completion of the National Counseling Exam (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficient use of electronic health record systems such as AVATAR, ensuring accurate documentation and client care management.

• Strong understanding of both mental health and emotional challenges, including knowledge of addiction disorders and co-occurring conditions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a compassionate approach to client counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor, with a track record of facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with the standards set by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and the ability to implement best practices in clinical care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
