Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and developing pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client progress and adapt treatment strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Actively participate in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality care standards.

• Communicate effectively with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate care and support clients' needs.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance our programs and secure potential partnerships and funding.

Compensation and Benefits\n
