Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapeutic sessions to a caseload of patients facing mood disorders and other psychological challenges, ensuring each session meets the necessary clinical and documentation standards.

• Engage in on-unit programming, assisting with treatment planning, training new staff, and participating in the development of therapeutic activities.
\n
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders, participating in interdisciplinary meetings aimed at enhancing patient recovery trajectories.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to create and refine comprehensive patient treatment plans, drawing on your expertise in evidence-based modalities.

• Perform additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Counseling Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adults facing mood disorders and related mental health issues. clients come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, and as such, a deep understanding of cultural competency is vital. You will employ therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual, fostering a safe environment for emotional healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
\n
• Current licensure in your respective field as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A commitment to professional development and a passion for mental health advocacy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant経験 in a mental health counseling role, with a demonstrated ability to treat mood disorders.
