This remote role offers flexibility, enabling you to achieve a harmonious work-life balance while assisting a diverse client base. The position primarily operates during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the understanding that occasional adjustments to your schedule may be necessary to accommodate client appointments and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations, applying evidence-based strategies and solution-focused interventions to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific challenges.

• Utilize established therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients in their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards at all times.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize treatment outcomes and provide holistic care.

• Engage in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions, enhancing your own skills while contributing to the collective knowledge and quality of mental health care provided.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with complex mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your compassionate and individualized approach will play a crucial role in their journey toward recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field—Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current license to practice in Texas, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to effectively meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a therapeutic relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree, preferred candidates will have a Master’s or Doctorate in the areas described above, along with experience utilizing evidence-based therapies in clinical settings. Previous experience working with similar populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
