Allure Counseling Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, operating remotely, to provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, offering flexibility in work location while still providing comprehensive support to our patients. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments by employing culturally sensitive techniques to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, considering patients' cultural and personal contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation according to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. You will have the opportunity to employ your skills in creating a safe and affirming space for all patients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys in a culturally responsive manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive methods.
\n
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the successful establishment of rapport with a diverse client population.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring confidentiality.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
