Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, involving pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Complete all required documentation and case notes in a timely and thorough manner, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Use evidence-based screening tools and methodologies collaboratively with your clinical team to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes and promote holistic wellness.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards and ensure compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to promote integrated care and improve access to necessary resources for our clients.

• Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with contract standards and the clinic's overarching mission.

• Forge relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies to expand service offerings, seek out funding opportunities, and foster new collaborative initiatives.

• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health.

• Advocate for the integration of the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of work and client interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to team goals and initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• A current, independent LMHC license is mandatory.
