Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Regularly review and adjust therapeutic goals, employing empirical measures to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Provide teletherapy solutions to clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest treatment methodologies and trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The licensed therapist will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
