Work Environment

This position is based primarily in a home care setting, allowing for a flexible and accessible approach to patient care. The standard work schedule runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may also be required, contributing to your professional growth and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring an emphasis on preventive care and health promotion.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
